Terms of Service

Due to legal reasons, I can not accept commissions from minors (persons under 18).All commissions are done in my art style.
‣ I will not trace, heavily reference or copy another artist's style.
‣ AI generated reference media is not accepted
‣ I may ask the client if certain design features may be simplified to better suit the style and visibility of the artworkAll artwork will be delivered digitally. No physical item will be shipped.For animated services, such as YCH ("your character here") commissions, self-made bases are used to assist in the process.Big revisions that require redoing a majority of the work after rendering will incur a fee.I reserve the right to deny or cancel commissions for any reason, such as if the client has been disrespectful or if I am incapable of fulfilling the request.【 Returning Clients 】
For returning clients, a 10% discount will be applied for all future orders of $40 USD or more.

Commissioned assets are meant for personal use, streaming and sharing on social media.
‣ They may not be resold, redistributed or traced without my permission.
‣ If you are selling / giving away a design which includes art created by me, please let me know who the new owner is.To credit me, please put my username and/or a social link in one of your Twitch panels or wherever your designated list of credits are!

1. + 50% of the base price if the artwork is being used as advertisement for a commercial project, sponsorship, merch release, etc.
2. + 100% of the base price if the art is being sold as a physical or digital product (this includes physical sub-goal rewards)

Payment must be made upfront before any work will be done. I only accept payment through Paypal invoice.
