Terms of Service

I do not accept commissions from minors (persons under 18).All commissions are done in my art style.
‣ I will not trace, heavily reference or copy another artist's style.
‣ AI generated reference media is not accepted
‣ I may ask the client if certain design features may be simplified to better suit the style and visibility of the artworkAll artwork will be delivered digitally. No physical item will be shipped.For animated services, such as YCH ("your character here") commissions, self-made bases are used to assist in the process.Big revisions that require redoing a majority of the work after rendering will incur a fee.I reserve the right to deny or cancel commissions for any reason, such as if the client has been disrespectful or if I am incapable of fulfilling the request.I may reuse textures and animation files between different orders, unless they are unique to a client's design.
‣ All assets used within my process are created by me.【 Returning Clients 】
For returning clients, a 10% discount will be applied for all future orders of $40 USD or more.
‣ Discounts are not applicable for commissions on behalf of othersFor returning clients whose designs have not changed, I reuse textures that I have already drawn for the client (such as hair).
‣ You are allowed to request changes to said textures【 Usage 】
Commissioned assets are meant for personal use, streaming and sharing on social media.
‣ They may not be resold, redistributed or traced without my permission.
‣ If you are selling / giving away a design which includes art created by me, please let me know who the new owner is.To credit me, please put my username and/or a social link in one of your Twitch panels or wherever your designated list of credits are!
‣ For Twitch emotes, you may give me emote attribution. My username is 5_raining.Using my art for NFT or AI purposes is strictly prohibited.【 Commercial Use 】

‣ This allows the artwork to be sold as a physical or digital product, including physical sub-goal rewards

Payment must be made upfront before any work will be done.
‣ I only accept payment through Paypal invoice.
‣ My prices are in United States Dollar (USD).
‣ For orders above $200, you may request to pay 50% upfront and the rest later. I can make exceptions if I deem necessary.
‣ Complexity may incur a small fee.Refunds are available before the sketch is approved. Afterwards, refunds will not be accepted.
‣ If I am unable to complete your commission due to issues on my end, you be will refunded for all incomplete work.A chargeback will result in blacklisting.【 Privacy 】
Under circumstances where the client or artist's personal information is present, such information will not be shared publicly.I reserve the right to showcase commissioned artwork on social media and my portfolio.
